Osteopathy is a treatment using tactile stimulation aimed at improving biomechanics and blood circulation, eliminating restrictions and spasms, as well as relieving tension in muscles and ligaments. Our specialists work with gentle manipulations, which helps to work with the body as a whole, relax soft tissues in problem areas, and address the root cause of the condition so that the body's balance can be restored.

Osteopathy is a gentle technique where the osteopath listens to the biomechanical disturbances in the human body with their hands. Each of our specialists develops sensitivity in their hands and a range of sensations. For example, by touching the patient's body, the osteopath hears how fluids move in the body, the flow of blood, the tension of vessels or muscles, and the disturbances of fascia function. Diagnosis involves understanding where the problem occurred, finding the root cause of pain or discomfort, and, based on the diagnosis, determining the most effective treatment methods. Our specialists work with various techniques and skillfully combine them to achieve the best results.

After the appointment, there may be an increase in certain painful sensations in the areas that the osteopath worked on. This is normal because exacerbation of sensations in certain areas indicates the activation of processes in the body. However, if you experience discomfort, you can always contact us, and your specialist will provide appropriate recommendations and assistance.

To achieve a quality result from the first appointment, we recommend the following: -Getting at least 7-9 hours of sleep; -Avoiding heavy meals and alcohol the day before the appointment; -Refraining from drinking coffee and strong tea, as these beverages have a stimulating effect on the body and may affect the examination results; -Not smoking for 3-5 hours before the session; -Wearing comfortable clothing and underwear; we recommend choosing clothing that allows for unrestricted movement. Identifying your request and desired goal; Gathering medical examinations regarding the reason for your visit, if necessary.

The first session with an osteopath lasts 60-75 minutes, during which the following will be conducted: Examination by the specialist; Diagnosis establishment; Performance of initial and necessary manipulations; Determination of further treatment strategy. Most of the session time is devoted to treatment and manipulations, meaning you will receive a full treatment session, along with additional diagnosis, determination of treatment strategy, and recommendations from your specialist.

Working with infants differs significantly from working with adults – children are more sensitive, react more vividly to any actions, and require a special approach. Therefore, an osteopath needs only 10-15 minutes to work with young patients. Procedures do not cause pain or stress to infants and are indicated for various musculoskeletal disorders and functional disorders. When working with children, osteopaths apply the gentlest patient care techniques, such as biodynamics.
